Main material/upper material
Canvas structure.Up to 7% shrinkage by 5x industrial washes (ISO 15797) and up to 5% by domestic washes. Wash separately. Flourocarbon impregnation is required after each wash to maintain EN 13034 protection.

Raw materials and processing- The product is covered by REACH and has the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate number 5548, certified by Shirley.
- All fabric and all accessories are bought by MASCOT directly from suppliers
- Fabric in the product is dyed by a supplier who is bluesign® and EN ISO 14001-certified
Manufacturing- Sewn at MASCOT’s own factory in Vietnam
- Sewn in a SA8000-certified factory, which is proof of good, safe employee and working conditions
Transport and packaging- Transported from production to warehouse by transport partners who are ISO 14001-certified
- Transported in shipments that make maximum use of space
- Product packaging is made from waste from plastic production
- The order from MASCOT is packaged in packaging which is made from or contains recycled materials
PyroPro® is MASCOT’s anti-static, acid resistant and flame retardant fabric used in the MASCOT® MULTISAFE range. The fabric gets its flame retardant properties from a chemical surface treatment. The fabric also protects against arcs and occasional welding. Products in this fabric are approved according to EN ISO 11612 (A1, B1, C1, E1), EN ISO 14116 (index 3/50x75° C), EN 1149-3, EN 1149-5, ENV 50354/EN 61482-1-2 (class 1), EN ISO 11611 and EN 13034.

Triple stitched seams at leg and crotch. Belt loops. Fly with zip. Front pockets. Back pockets with flap and hidden press studs. Thigh pocket with flap and hidden press studs. Ruler pocket. Adjustable knee pad pockets with flap and top access. Seams face downward so sparks can not get lodged in. Contrast stitching. We recommend 00418-100, 00718-100, 50451-916 and 20118-915 kneepads for this model. Co-certified together with kneepad type SHORT or LONG in accordance with EN 14404.
